ABOUT THE SHARIFAS OF MOROCCO
Sharifas are the healers and village elders in Morocco. For centuries their knowledge has been passed down from generation to generation. It encompasses the spiritual wisdom, healing arts, and meditation techniques of North Africa. My grandmother was a Sharifa in a small village between the Atlantic and the Sahara and bequeathed her knowledge to me.

ABOUT ME
I have traveled halfway around the world to learn even more: yoga, body therapies, meditations, the massages of the Amazigh, the free Berber tribes of my homeland. Now it is time to embrace this heritage and walk my path. I am ready to share my gifted and acquired knowledge with you. Together we will bring body, mind, and soul back into balance. It is the path to more health, equilibrium, joy, and happiness.
