› Yes, humanity can grow and thrive together with the animal world — and not at the expense of one or the other ‹
My basic orientation is to optimize agricultural livestock enterprises so that EVERYONE benefits: the farmers AND the animals.
For that we create effective SOLUTIONS.
Optimizing farm operations together with the livestock, that's not obvious at first.
A commercial livestock farm is basically a very ordinary business with employees; only in this case the employers and employees belong to different species.
"Well, you can't ask the dear animals. They can't speak like we do."
What if they could, and if 'the dear animals' were even given a say?
I am a mediator and translator between humans and animals.
I have since specialized in optimizing livestock enterprises. Practical, logical and sometimes unusual solution approaches characterize my work. Whether cattle, pigs, chickens or sheep, every modern company boss should grant their employees (i.e. their livestock) a voice.
Especially when these employees are neither paid nor able to request vacation, but give everything they have every day.
Perhaps still unusual, but fundamentally quite logical.
By creating the conditions for healthy and stress-free changes to emerge on both sides, the added value for the animals AND the people is unbeatable.
