Begin your culinary journey with aperitifs based on house-made syrups such as organic elderflower, tonka bean or verbena-lemongrass.
Surprise your senses and enjoy Mediterranean flair, healthy and delicious dishes with Italian roots, German creativity and a subtle touch of Asia.

In doing so, we use selected spices and herbs to create individual nuances. As a highlight, we offer the finest fish or the tenderest meat cooked in a sea-salt crust and refined with a special salt of your choice.

We believe that continuous and convincing quality is only achievable when the selection of ingredients is made by hand and the preparation of the main components of the dishes is carried out, wherever possible, in our own premises. For this reason, we work predominantly with regional producers and make most items ourselves, from our syrups to our bread, pasta varieties, pastries and even the ice cream flavours for our desserts.

Salt is one of the most essential minerals in the human body. It influences biochemical processes, can be a remedy, has been a proven preservative for centuries and was once one of the most valuable commodities in trade.
We give salt a special place. Our dishes come with specific salt recommendations, such as gourmet salts from around the world, Hawaiian Alaea volcanic salt or one of our many house-flavoured salts, based on high-quality fleur de sel from the Algarve.
